The hotel is nestled within tropical foliage, providing privacy and beauty in lovely surroundings. Although our room wasn't ready upon early arrival, we enjoyed a delicious lunch while waiting. The staff went above and beyond, even supporting a local JDRF fundraiser gala. They were always kind and helpful, ensuring a personalized experience from service to arranging off-site trips. The location was perfect, away from crowded tourist spots, surrounded by peaceful, lush foliage, and offering breathtaking views from the cliffs. The dining options might not be traditional for everyone, but the custom-made meals were amazing and affordably priced. The facilities were excellent, and overall, it was a great value for the experience.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated with balloons, a Happy Birthday banner, and a bottle of the famous Appleton Jamaican Rum, offering a spectacular view of the ocean. They were well-appointed with all the amenities one could wish for, from refrigerators and safes to ceiling fans and comfortable beds. The lush tropical surroundings, delicious continental breakfast, and the amazing room added to the charm of the experience.
Staying at this hotel felt like sleeping in a luxurious tree hut in the jungle, with gorgeous rooms offering oceanfront views of boats coming into Jack Sprats. The service was wonderfully warm and welcoming, especially from Calene in the restaurant, who always made adjustments to meet our dietary needs. The location was beautiful and tranquil, perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets, although it could get crowded in the summer months. The dining experience, while light on options, included unlimited coffee and tea. Overall, a serene retreat with a few drawbacks.
